We loved it!! It was very thoughtful of them to provide the various beach items and games in the con
Positive: By having private access to the beach the area we were at never got overly crowded
Negative: It could've used a dishwasher and better eating area however that was fine for us we have traveled with other groups in where they would've insisted on a table.
